My research project is entitled Virtue and Practical Wisdom in Aristotle's Eudemian Ethics: in this project I endeavour to read and interpret the Eudemian Ethics together with one of the so-called common books (NE VI = EE V). Broadly speaking, I have research interests in ethics and political philosophy in Antiquity and throughout the history of philosophy till today.

I was educated in Rome and Berlin and obtained my PhD at University College Dublin (2019). Thereafter I was an IRC-Postdoctoral Fellow (2019-2023) at Trinity College Dublin. More information on my publications as well as my CV can be found at the following link (https://uni-frankfurt.academia.edu/GiulioDiBasilio).
