Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie

Studium der Psychologie an der Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt von 2012-2017 mit den Schwerpunkten Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie (Major) und Klinische Psychologie (Minor). Studentische Hilfskraft in der Psychologischen Methodenlehre der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt von 2013-2017 und in der Abteilung für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie im Jahr 2017. Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin und Doktorandin in der Abteilung der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie des Instituts für Psychologie der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt zwischen Oktober 2017 und Februar 2023. Seit 2018 Executive Search Consultant in einer Personalberatung in Frankfurt. Seit 2019 selbstständig tätig als Consultant im Bereich Mobbing, Konflikte und sexuelle Belästigung am Arbeitsplatz. Seit 2021 Ausbildung zum systemischen Coach.
