Welcome to the International Office website!

The International Office is the point of contact for the university's international affairs.

Here, prospective students from foreign countries can find all the information necessary for applying to Johann Wolfgang Goethe University as well as receive advice and support in dealing with problems they may have. The International Office also offers general advice as well as assistance to foreign guest students/exchange students and guest scholars in the search for accomodation. Additionally, the International Office provides those students planning to go abroad with information and advice. 

The International Office consists of departments focussing on the following areas:

• Application and admission of international students
• Information and advice for international students
• Visiting guest scholars
• Guest and exhange students
• Information and application for studying abroad (in German only!)
