A new Master program in "Interdisciplinary Neuroscience" has been established by the Interdisciplinary Center for Neuroscience Frankfurt (ICNF). The Master of Interdisciplinary Neuroscience will start at the beginning of the winter term each year (mid-October). Applications are invited from national and international students.

The deadline for application is March 15, 2012.

The major objective of the program is to provide a broad and intensive training in basic neuroscience, clinical neuroscience, and cognitive and computational neuroscience to talented national and international students holding a Bachelors degree or equivalent from various fields of Natural Science and Medicine.

This master program has been developed by the Interdisciplinary Center for Neuroscience Frankfurt (ICNF, http://www.izn-frankfurt.de/). The Master is officially supported by the following faculties of the university: Medicine, Biosciences, Psychology and Sport Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry and Pharmacy). Input to the program will also be provided by the faculty of Mathematics and Physics, the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, the Max Planck Institute for Biophysics, the Ernst Strüngmann-Institute and the Frankfurt Institute for Advanced Studies (FIAS).
