The Career Service offers advisory services and support to international students of Goethe University tailor made for their individual needs and for their own career path in the German job markt. These services are confidental and free of charge. They range from basic information and self-learning materials to workshops on future skills and the application process. We offer career coaching sessions, a review of your application documents and programmes for professional networking (Job-Shadowing).

However, before you start your student job, internship or profession, you should inform yourself about the regulations of the residence law, especially if you are not from an European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) member state.
