Resilience - Strengthening Your Ability to Overcome Adversity

Resilience is the ability of a person to successfully cope with stressful situations, challenges, changes, and crises by using their own resources. Resilience helps us to deal with stressful situations more calmly and to be more adaptable. In your everday work routine, this means being able to act in a solution-oriented and cool-headed manner in the face of high demands and complex working conditions, and to come out of adversity stronger than before.

The goal of the workshop is to provide you with expert information as well as practical strategies and tips to strengthen and increase your own resilience.
