Coping Better with Exams

No need to panic 

Preparing for exams, handing in assignments, and even the exams themselves can cause stress and anxiety for many students. 

In this workshop, you will learn how to approach your exam preparation in a more relaxed and purposeful way. You will also learn how to constructively manage self-defeating thoughts and feelings.

Content of the workshop:

  • Test stress/anxiety.
  • Individual goals
  • Realistic time management when studying/working for university
  • Not forgetting self-care
  • Dealing with negative emotions and thoughts
  • Dealing with mental blackouts during exams
  • Evaluating yourself based on exam/assigment results
