- Biographie -

Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Dualen Hochschule Mannheim in Zusammenarbeit mit der DZ BANK AG Frankfurt von 1999 bis 2002. Studium der Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität von 2003 bis 2008. Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin in der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie von 2009 bis 2015. Seit 2016 Professorin für Angewandte Psychologie, speziell für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der Hochschule Frisenius. Wissenschaftlicher Auslandsaufenthalt an der Griffith University in Australien in 2010. Promotion zu "Motive der Emotionsregulation im Arbeitskontext" in 2013. Langjährige Tätigkeit im Bankensektor im Bereich Personal von 2003 bis 2011 sowie Berufserfahrung im Beratungs- und Automobilsektor in Deutschland, New York und London. Freiberufliche Tätigkeit in folgenden Bereichen: wirtschaftspsychologische Beratung, Coaching und Training (z.B. zu den Themen Gesund führen, Stressbewältigung sowie Umgang mit psychisch belasteten Mitarbeitern), Moderation von Workshops, Führungskräfteentwicklung und Teambuildingmaßnahmen sowie Planung und Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen zum Gesundheitsschutz.
