Pharmaceutical Chemsitry deals with the design, synthesis,  analysis, the molecular characterization of drugs and with the investigation of drug-target interactions and its cellular effects. The Institute of Pharmaceutical Chemistry holds five professorships in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
