The Registration for language courses in the summer semester 2023 is open until March 31.
Please fill out the following form: Registration
IMPORTANT: Please also indicate the language level in which you would like to be taught in German (A1, A2 or B1) in the section known languages.
You will receive all further information by e-mail.
The language courses are expected to start at the end of April.
Please be patient.
Language level
We
offer German courses based on levels A1, A2, B1 and B1+.
Schedule
The courses take place twice or thrice a week depending on the language level.
Public transport tickets
Last semesters we were able to offer some participants a ticket for sale. Unfortunately, we can can`t offer you the tickets before the courses start. Please be patient.
Unfortunately we do not have enough tickets for all participants, so
there is a ticket lottery. There we draw lots to see which participants with
university entrance qualifications can buy a ticket.
Attendance
If you have attended the course regularly, you will receive a certificate of attendance at the end. We are a voluntary project and not a language school, so the certificate of participation is not official proof of language proficiency. If you cannot come, you must send us an email and give us proof (e.g. medical certificate).
I have registered for the German course, what happens next?
After you have registered for the courses here, you will automatically
receive a confirmation. When the registration deadline is over, you will
receive an e-mail inviting you to take the placement test. Please do not email
us about tickets. We will contact you if you can buy a ticket.
I am ill and cannot come to the course. What should I do?
If you are sick, email your teachers.
Please
don't forget to add: What's your name? Which course are you in? When and why can't you
come?
Do I have to register for the final test?
No. If you have registered for the German course, you will automatically
receive an invitation to the final test.
I want a ticket. What should I do?
You don't have to do anything. If you can get a ticket, we'll email you.
If you don't get an email, we don't have a ticket for you. Unfortunately, we do
not have tickets for all participants.
I didn't get a ticket, but I can't come to the German course without a
ticket. And now?
We are very sorry, but unfortunately we do not have
a ticket for all participants.
