Der Arbeitsmarkt des 21. Jahrhunderts ist komplex und vielfältig. Für einen erfolgreichen Berufseinstieg sind daher ein klares berufliches Ziel, erste Praxiserfahrungen, Kontakte in die Arbeitswelt und ein überzeugendes Auftreten im Bewerbungsverfahren entscheidend.

Im Dialog mit uns bekommen Sie die Gelegenheit, Ihre Gedanken zu ordnen, neue Perspektiven einzunehmen und Strategien für Ihre berufliche Zukunft zu entwickeln. Wir hören zu und fragen nach. Dadurch helfen wir Ihnen, persönliche Antworten auf Ihre Fragen zu finden und somit ihren eigenen beruflichen Weg zu gehen.

Was ist Coaching und wie hilft Coaching?

" The job market in Germany is particularly challenging , especially for foreign students who have to struggle with the language, a different working atmosphere and a different culture.
In addition, you have to consider that it is not enough to have a degree and good interview to get a job: The transition between studies and a job requires many skills and know-how that many students do not know or tahe for granted. In this respect, the Career Service not only helped me, but also freed me from my former naivety. Without the many events, workshops and consultations I took part in or had with the Career Service Center, I would never have known, or probably too late, what you need to start a career in Germany.
Every university in Germany should aspire to have an excellent Career Service Center, as it exists to this day at Goethe University Frankfurt.
