Heinrich-von-Gagern-Gymnasium

The Heinrich-von-Gagern-Gymnasium is a humanistic grammar school. Guided by the motto “Fostering skills – Shaping education,” the school has developed a curriculum that carefully aligns the content of various subjects, allowing students to complete a challenging educational program in eight years. As part of the multilingual approach, Latin—complemented by English—serves as the foundational language, with elective options in Ancient Greek, French, and Italian.

Natural sciences and Mathematics, rooted in classical antiquity, are integral to our school’s profile as a humanistic grammar school, alongside musical education.

In the subject of Politics and Economics, all students receive instruction in English for one year. This unique bilingual offering can then be continued all the way through to graduation.
