Information Day: Teaching Music

At the Music Teaching Information Day, we provide information about:

The Music Teaching degree program (elementary, middle, secondary, and special education schools, as well as high schools)

• The aptitude tests (requirements and procedure)
• The requirements and lessons on the various instruments and singing
• The elective instrumental or vocal majors (both classical and pop/jazz)
• In addition, information events will be held on subjects such as ear training, music theory, music education, and improvised song accompaniment.

We would be happy to invite you to audition on your own instrument, to sing an audition, and to take a trial aptitude test in improvised song accompaniment (registration via our website). Our lecturers will be happy to answer any questions you may have about studying music education at the HfMDK.
