Anti-Discrimination Officer
In addition to confidential individual counseling, her tasks include advising and supporting the university and its institutions in reducing discrimination and preventing discrimination.
The anti-discrimination officer also supports and develops the structures of the university's anti-discrimination work and monitors cases of discrimination at the university.
Inclusion Officer and Officer for students with disabilities or chronic illnesses
She is the employer's "counterpart" to the representative for severely disabled employees elected by the employees. She represents the department in matters relating to people with severe disabilities and persons with equivalent status. She supports and advises the department in complying with its legal obligations.
In particular, this concerns the organization of study conditions as well as questions of compensation for disadvantages and accessibility. She works together with teaching staff, self-governing bodies and other relevant university institutions to create learning, working and examination conditions that take into account the needs of students with health impairments and points out risks of exclusion.

Gender Equality Officer
The Gender Equality Officer, Dr. Anja Wolde, and her deputy, Ulrike Schneider-Gladbach, act in an advisory capacity in structural and development planning as well as in all personnel decisions at Goethe University. Dr. Anja Wolde controls the perspective of equal opportunities in all university committees. She is the contact person for female researchers and students regarding the implementation of equality in research, teaching, and studies, and supports the decentralized Gender Equality officers in their work.
Ulrike Schneider-Gladbach is responsible for the target group of administrative and technical staff. In cases of gender-based or sexualized discrimination and violence, employees should contact Annemarie Eifler, and students should contact the anti-discrimination officer.
