Social-psychiatric service of health department

Doctors and social workers from the Sozialpsychiatrischer Dienst im Gesundheitsamt (social-psychiatric service of the health department) provide support in coping with mental and emotional crises:

Service telephone: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1 p.m.-4 p.m., Friday 9 a.m.-1 p.m. 

Office hours: Thursday from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm without appointment

Psychosocial crisis services

Psychosoziale Krisendienst (psychosocial crisis services) provide help and counseling for mental health emergencies and arrange for medical care at night and on weekends:  

(069) 611375 (Monday-Friday 5 p.m.-1 a.m., Saturday, Sunday and holidays 9 a.m.-1 a.m.). 

We are part of the Suizidpräventionsnetzwerks FRANS (network for suicide prevention). Their website provides help and information for individuals, family and friends.
