Registration for GROW@Goethe takes place each spring. Mentors register in January/February. Many of them are alumni of Goethe University from a wide range of companies and institutions. The mentees then register and select their ideal match from the anonymous profiles of the mentors. 

The final matching takes place at the beginning of March, based on the wishes of both parties.

The mandatory pre-match seminar for mentees will take place on 15 March. Afterwards, both matched parties will receive their contact details by e-mail and enter into their first exchange. 

The mentoring program officially starts with the kick-off event on 7 May 2025. The active tandem phase runs from April to November 2025, during which mentees and mentors meet in person on a regular basis, ideally twice a month. 

The mentoring guidelines form the basis of a good mentoring period - please read them before the first meeting! 

There is also the optional GROW Guidance service for international mentees.

The final phase begins in November. Mentees reflect on their development over the past months with their mentors and within the mentee group. 

The final event will take place on November 12, 2025 (Westend Campus). If interested, the mentoring can continue in person.
