On the morning of March 14, 2026, Jürgen Habermas passed away at his home in Starnberg. Goethe University mourns the loss of its emeritus, who was Professor of Philosophy at the university for many years.
On March 14, the developmental biologists Davor Solter and Azim Surani and the neurologist Varun Venkataramani were honored in Frankfurt’s St. Paul’s Church.
