Generate Transcript of Records

You can easily generate your transcript of records directly via the QIS/LSF portal. Please proceed as follows:

1. Login to QIS/LSF with your HRZ account.
2. Click "Administration of Exams" in the left menu bar.
3. Click "Summary of Grades".
4. Select your degree program.
5. You can now view your results and download the transcript as a PDF file.
