Walter Greiner Dissertation Award
The department of physics, in collaboration with the Walter Greiner Society (WGG), awards a Walter Greiner award for the best physics dissertation of the year. Dissertations by all members of the department are eligible for nomination. The award is funded by the Carl Wilhelm Fueck Foundation and the Walter Greiner Society.
