Course content and focus areas
The Master's program in Comparative Dramaturgy and Performance Research has been offered since 2017 by five European partner universities. It is designed for students interested in employment in international and intercultural contexts such as festivals, co-productions, exchange programs, and collaborations.
Students complete an internship and two semesters at one of the partner universities in Brussels, Paris, Oslo, or Helsinki and receive a double degree.
Through the course at two European universities, students gain in-depth familiarity with theatre practice and research in different national contexts. Additionally, as part of a mandatory internship abroad, they gain valuable insights into the diverse production conditions and processes in various countries.
