This constituent part of a course is offered and supervised by the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts. It can only be studied in connection with a university place in teacher training for secondary schools (L3) at Goethe University.

Application Process and Admissions

The teacher education program includes several components: educational sciences and teaching subjects. Applications for educational sciences and teaching subjects (except music) are submitted through Goethe University. Please refer to the descriptions for each specific field of study.

Applications for the teaching subject of music are handled through the University of Music and Performing Arts. Additionally, please note that admission to the program requires successfully passing an aptitude test. You can find all further details on the HfMDK website.
