Close to Science

School in the Science Garden

The Close to Science – School in the Science Garden project and the associated biotope garden on the Riedberg campus, established in 2016, offer learning groups a wide range of opportunities to get to know native and/or unusual plants and animals, understand ecological relationships, and work in an action-oriented way at this extracurricular learning location. In addition to individual project days focusing on topics such as the pond and its inhabitants or dye plants, the wildflower meadow provides an opportunity to explore questions relating to flower ecology.
