Researchers at Goethe University and its affiliated institutions invite people from the city and region to engage with their research at the Frankfurt Citizens’ University through a variety of events and formats every semester.
At the Frankfurt Children's University, scientists present lectures specially designed for children aged eight to twelve. In the mornings, these lectures are offered to registered school classes, while in the afternoons, children can attend with their parents without registration.

At the GoetheLab, high school students explore the diversity of science at Goethe University: interdisciplinary, hands-on, and focused on current topics. They gain insights into research and teaching while experiencing how different fields collaborate and connect.
The Museum Giersch of Goethe University brings together art, science, and society. Through exhibitions of current relevance, it creates spaces for dialogue and exchange between the university and the city in consistently inspiring formats.
