The core of the project is the "Digital Teaching and Learning Lab" (DigiTeLL), a virtual communication and collaboration space designed to facilitate permanent innovation loops. In the lab, – in so-called Partnerships –  teachers or student groups will network with each other and within central support structures in order to implement innovative projects into class. In particular, the teaching, learning and examination scenarios at Goethe University will be expanded to include digital instruments and innovative learning designs.

The Equal Opportunities Office advises applicants for the Partnerships on diversity- and discrimination-sensitive as well as barrier-free learning-teaching formats during the application process and the implementation of the projects, and also offers awareness-raising workshops at the department level.
