GROW Guidance is a special consultation hour for GROW mentees from abroad. Here you can ask questions about the mentoring process and your future in Germany. Together, we will explore your resources and solutions, and recommend additional Goethe University services to help you get started in Germany.

We invite you to > become a GROW mentee

• if you are interested in career oppportunities in the German labor market,
•  if you are willing to make an active commitment to your mentoring relationship and have the time to meet with your mentor once or twice a month
• if you are at least in your 3rd Bachelor semester at Goethe University.

Please note: All official GROW@Goethe events are held in German. Your mentoring tandem can also take place in English.

Application phase: from now on until Nov 26, 2026

Preparatory seminar: Dec 1, 2026, 5-7.30 p.m., HZ Campus Westend (German C1 required) / English alternativ offered online from 10.30 a.m to 12 p.m.
GROW kick-off event: Jan 28, 2026

Interim report (1 page): Dec 2026
Final report (1-2 pages): Dec 2026
Anonymous evaluation (online): Dec 2026

You will receive your certificate of participation after submitting the evaluation in December.
