Post-graduate program Fixing Futures
Based on recent research in Science and Technology Studies (STS), the research training group 'Fixing Futures' investigates how contemporary societies prepare for future developments and events. The focus is on 'technologies of anticipation' and their significance for economic practices, forms of governance and life processes. The Research Training Group combines the disciplinary perspectives of cultural anthropology, human geography, sociology and related social sciences.
