Organizing your work in a brain-friendly way: Mental hacks for managing information and work overload

Towards the end of the semester, your work pile gets higher, your to-do lists get longer, and the pressure and tendency to procrastinate get greater. This presentation will give you ideas on how to act in a purposeful way in our accelerated and complex world. You'll learn how to be healthy and successful over the long term through realistic goal setting and self-evaluation.
