Justus Liebig University Giessen
In research and teaching, the department cooperates with the Institute of Protestant Theology at the Justus Liebig University Giessen. This means, on the one hand, that Giessen professors offer courses in Frankfurt and vice versa, and on the other hand, that students from both universities have the opportunity to take Protestant Theology courses at the respective other university.
Technische Universität Darmstadt
The Faculty works in close partnership with the Institute of Theology and Social Ethics at TU Darmstadt in teaching and administration. Both locations are situated within the RMV area and can be conveniently reached with the semester ticket.

The University of Music and Performing Arts and the Faculty collaborate closely to jointly develop course offerings and study formats in areas such as liturgics, hymnology, and vocal performance

Bibelhaus Erlebnis Museum Frankfurt
The cooperation between the Bibelhaus Experience Museum Frankfurt and the Faculty of Protestant Theology at Goethe University bridges academic research and practical application through joint research projects and the integration of the museum into university teaching. The goal of this long-term collaboration is to foster ongoing scholarly exchange and strengthen the network between both institutions.
