The bachelor's degree in educational science is an initial professional qualification that prepares students for various roles in non-school educational fields. It also makes them eligible to pursue educational science or specialized advanced master's programs (e.g., in areas such as counselling or educational management). Completing a master's degree in educational science further qualifies students to pursue a doctorate (PhD).

Career opportunities
Bachelor educators work in various educational institutions such as universities, vocational academies, community colleges, and other facilities focused on professional and general adult education. In industrial and commercial companies, they are involved in organizing corporate training and continuing education programs. Additionally, educators can work in school boards, ministries, or research institutions. Common workplaces also include welfare organizations, church-affiliated carriers, and other nonprofit institutions. Bachelor graduates are employed in childcare centers, youth homes, residential facilities for individuals with disabilities, youth centers, as well as counseling services for education and family matters. In general, their professional fields primarily cover two areas: direct work with clients or participants (in the educational core forms of advising, teaching/conveying, and organizing) and work related to institutions and organizations (in the educational core forms of organizing, planning, and evaluating).
