Continuing Education
In addition to preparing you for entering employment, a key course objective is to qualify you for a master’s degree program, which can also serve as a pathway to an academic career. Goethe University itself offers three advanced master’s degree programs: the Master’s in Political Science, which deepens your knowledge of the discipline in its entirety while allowing for focused specialization; the Master’s in Political Theory; and the Master’s in International Studies/Peace and Conflict Research. The latter two programs are offered in cooperation with TU Darmstadt. The Master’s in International Studies/Peace and Conflict Research also collaborates closely with the Leibniz Institute Hessian Foundation for Peace and Conflict Research.
