The Chief Administrative and Financial Officer serves as the officer for the budget and represents the administrative office in dealings with the staff council. Additionally, they act as the commissioner of the Executive Board on matters related to collective bargaining agreements and are accountable for property and asset management in accordance with the Executive Board's guidelines.
