Contacts and Office Hour

Our office hours currently take place on the following days:

Tuesday: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. - in presence

Thursday: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. - online

Important note: We advise guest/exchange students (=non-degree seeking students) only. International Students, who want to study for a degree at Goethe University, please do not book an appointment here. International degree seeking students can find information on the website for international applicants.

Booking is possible starting 10 working days up to 18 hours before the appointment - appointment duration 20 min. - further information will be provided in the email with the appointment confirmation.You can reach us by phone during our regular office hours (except during meetings or holiday-related absences). If you do not reach us, please send us an email, which will usually be answered within 2-3 working days.
