Electronic Exam Registration

Electronic exam registration in Summer Semester 2026

Online exam registration for the 2026 summer semester must be completed within the following time periods (late registration is not permitted!)

 22.06.2026 - 03.07.2026

From now on registrations in Goethe-Campus only

Attention! Changes to the registration system for the 2026 summer semester

Starting in the summer semester of 2026, all examination administration including registration for module examinations and other coursework (including attendance records) for all degree programs in the Faculty 03 will be managed entirely via Goethe-Campus.

For students in Faculty 03, this means:

  • Starting in the summer semester of 2026, examination registration will be handled through Goethe Campus. (Examinations taken at other faculties or partner universities must still be registered using the previous method.)
  • ! Attention ! Certificates of attendance, course results and examinations each require a separate registration. Therefore, if a course includes both a certificate of attendance and a module examination, both must be registered separately. Consequently, two registrations must be submitted.
  • Update: For the time being, a TAN is no longer required to register for examinations via Goethe Campus.
  • No change: The registration process for course seats will remain unchanged for the time being and will continue to be managed via QIS/LSF.
  • Provision of performance reports: Starting 14.05.2026, QIS/LSF will only allow you to print transcripts with data up to and including 13.05.2026. Starting 15.06.2026, Goethe Campus will be available for downloading transcripts.  If you need an updated transcript of records in the meantime, you may contact the Examination Office in urgent cases (e.g., for submission as part of an application).

Students with compulsory registration

Please register all final module examinations (MP), certificates of attendance (TN) and coursework (SL) via QIS/LSF. All final module examinations, certificates of attendance and coursework must be registered!!!

Please check exactly which form of credit (i.e. whether MP, TN or SL) you are registering for the desired courses. Subsequent changes to or booking of unregistered MP, TN and SL are NOT possible after the examination registration phase.  Please also note the requirements of your study regulations in the respective modules. Registered final module examinations that are not taken will be graded with 5.0.

If a course is assigned to several modules of your degree program, you decide which module you assign the course to when you register for the examination.

If it is not possible to register for several courses, please first check whether you have submitted the registration for the module examinations (application for admission to the module examinations) to the Examinations Office at the beginning of your studies: https://www.fb03.uni-frankfurt.de/141104906/07_anmeldung-modulpruefung.pdf

Without this, you will not be able to register and you will not be credited with any examinations (your grade account will not be activated). Even if you change your degree program, the document must be resubmitted to the Examinations Office.

You are welcome to send the application by email to the Examinations Office (pra.fb03@soz.uni-frankfurt.de).

Only registered achievements will be booked!!!

Exceptions (you may only use module sheets in these cases!) and notes:

Optional module:
In some of the new study regulations from 2022 there are optional modules. These must be registered electronically. Exceptions are non-subject-specific courses (not assigned to FB 03 in the course catalog). These courses CANNOT be registered for electronically. For this purpose, please fill out the following module sheet and send it by e-mail to the Examination Office FB 03 Social Sciences. https://www.fb03.uni-frankfurt.de/141104493/12_modulzettel-optionalmodul.pdf
You can select your degree program in the document using the drop-down field.
If this does not work, save the document locally and then open it.

Internship: For the internship module no electronic exam registration is possible. You do the registration via module sheets. The module sheets for internships can be found in the download center of the FB 03 under your study program.

MA ISPC and the MA Political Theory: Also for all courses you take in Darmstadt, the exam registration runs online.
