By entering the contest, you hereby accept these Contest Rules and the Terms and Conditions:
(2) Image size at least 1 MB (100-300 dpi).
(3) Format: jpg or jpeg.
(4) A single image per file: no collages; no frames, graphic elements or obvious image manipulation; no text elements in the image.
(5) All entrants understand that any image submitted to the competition may be used by the Global Office for marketing and promotional purposes, including, but not limited to:
(a) Displaying the entries in the offices of the Global Office.
(b) Inclusion within the website, flyers or similar.
(6) Participants must own the unrestricted copyright and rights of use; motifs must not contradict the legal provisions of the country of origin, legal provisions of the European Union or the personal rights of persons depicted.
(7) Entries must be submitted by January 7, 2026 – 3 pm.
(8) Entries will be judged between January 12, 2026 and January 22, 2026. The first three winners will be announced at the end of January 2026.
(9) The decision of the judges is final and no negotiation will be entered into with respect to any such decision.
(10) Each entry does not contain personally identifiable information about you or any other person(s).
(11) Each entry does not contain any infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane content.
(12) You confirm that each person depicted in the entry has granted permission to be portrayed as shown.
(13) There are no cash alternatives available for prizewinners.
