Services offered by the Equal Opportunities Office

The aim of the Goethe University is to create equal opportunities throughout all areas of the university and to change the university structures in the sense of a gender- and diversity-sensitive organisation culture.

The office is responsible for the conceptualisation and implementation of equal opportunities. It supports the university's departments and institutions in the development of policies and offers advice and services for all members of the university in the areas of equal opportunities, family & dual careers, diversity & anti-discrimination and inclusion.

In doing so, they work closely with the Central Equal Opportunities Officer and her deputies, the Anti-Discrimination Officer, the Inclusion Officer and the Officer for Students with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
