The Bachelor of Science is the first professional qualification, which can be earned in just six semesters. The skills acquired enable our graduates to begin their professional careers, though most typically pursue a consecutive master’s program in biochemistry (or related fields).
Master’s Program
The four-semester master’s program in biochemistry offers numerous options for specialization and electives. Here, too, great importance is placed on research-oriented education, which is supported through lab rotations and independently developed research projects. This approach is designed to facilitate an early transition from pure knowledge acquisition to creative research.
Doctorate
Over 70% of our graduates choose to pursue a three- to four-year doctorate after completing their master’s degree, as there is strong demand for highly qualified researchers with PhDs. As part of their dissertation, they work on their own research project and have the opportunity to further specialize by selecting their topic.
