The goal of this program is to provide a solid academic foundation for teaching at high schools. The Sports Studies curriculum is designed to guide students in understanding the objectives, conditions, intentions, and limitations of educational and instructional practices, while also equipping them to analyze the professional field using scientific methods and conduct independent research. The teacher training program in Sports is career-oriented. The course offerings include both subject-specific and teaching methodology components.

Application Process and Admissions

This degree program has restricted admission (NC) within the university. Admission is determined through a process where 20% of the spots are allocated based on waiting time and 80% based on the average grade of your higher education entrance qualification. Waiting time refers to the period between completing your high school diploma and applying for the program (excluding any time spent studying).

The study regulations require the submission of the following document:

  • A current certificate (no older than six months) issued by a licensed physician, confirming both internal medicine and orthopedic sports health. Please use the form provided by the Department of Sports Science for this purpose.

Proof must be submitted to the Registrar's Office during enrollment.
