GROW@Goethe – The Professional Mentoring Program

Mentoring plays a crucial role in the development of young talent! That's why we founded GROW@Goethe, the interdisciplinary mentoring program for students at Goethe University starting in their third semester.

GROW@Goethe helps students at Goethe University with their career orientation and connects them with experienced mentors from various professional fields, including many alumni of Goethe University.

The mentors accompany their mentees for eight months, sharing their practical experience and opening doors in companies. Mentoring is complemented by lectures, workshops and networking events.

Become a mentee

Looking for guidance for your professional future? Do you want an experienced guide from your preferred industry? Students of the Goethe University from the 3rd semester (undergraduate studies) can participate.

Become a mentor

Would you like to share your experience and knowledge with students? As a mentor, you will serve as a trusted resource for a mentee. Openness and commitment are the most important qualities.
