Our focus is on the education of teachers for all types of schools. We see this mission as a societal responsibility: teachers of religion are equipped here to convey theological content in a way that is academically grounded, open to dialogue, and mindful of religious diversity. Our faculty is distinguished by a 40-year tradition of intercultural theology and a strong emphasis on media education. Additionally, we offer innovative degree programs such as Social Ethics in Healthcare and interdisciplinary areas of focus.
