Goethe University congratulates Prof. Georg Nagel, who works at the University of Würzburg’s Physiological Institute in the Department of Neurophysiology and who earned both his doctorate and his habilitation at Goethe University, on winning the Nobel Prize in Medicine. He shares the award with two other basic researchers, Karl Deisseroth and Peter Hegemann.
