  • SoC/RFIC/MMIC and Module Design for mm-wave and terahertz frequencies
  • Radar/communication systems update and implementation.

Curriculum Vitae

2016 - today Research assistant and a PhD candidate. His research focuses on millimeter wave circuit and system design for the project TWEETHER (Traveling Wave Tube-based W-band wireless Networks with Data Rate, Distribution, Spectrum and Energy Efficiency)
2013 - 2015 He completed master degree in Communication Technology from University of Ulm, Germany. His master thesis topic was "A Ka-band (26-40 GHz) RF power amplifier design for satellite communication in 0.25um SiGe BiCMOS technology".
2007 - 2012

He completed a bachelor degree in Electronics and Communication engineering from Khwopa Engineering College (Purbanchal University), Nepal. His bachelor thesis topic was "A web-based automation via embedded ethernet".
