European Documentation Centre (E D C)

The European Documentation Centre (EDC) of the University of Frankfurt am Main is part of a worldwide information network that has been created by the European Communities since the early sixties. More than 50 European Documentation Centres exist at universities in Germany. The European Documentation Centre enables access to all EU publications for universities and also the interested public.

The University of Frankfurt's European Documentation Centre's stock is currently located in the Labsaal (OPAC location code: F 166). At the moment parts of the stock, namely all microfiche, CD-ROMs and the Decisions of the ECJ / CFI (location code: F 166 DL MZ) are located in the MZ-library of the Merton Centre. At the same time various EU-Databases can be accessed via the European Documentation Centre.
