Conference Fees
Registration to the conference automatically confers membership of the ISHEASTM for four years. The registration fee also includes lunches on all five days of the conference, the welcome reception and the conference dinner, as well as the conference documents. Extra tickets for the conference dinner can be purchased at the time of registration (price to be announced).

Cancellation Policy
Until 1st June 2023, a cancellation fee of 50€ will apply. No refund will be made after this date. All cancellation requests must be sent by email to ichsea2023@uni-frankfurt.de
Formal stamped letters of acceptance
and letters of invitation to apply
for visa can be provided upon request after the individual abstract has been
approved.
